The UV promise

SPF is the floor, not the ceiling.

Every formula is broad spectrum, with UVA protection at least a third of the labelled SPF. The number on the front of a bottle only ever described UVB — it is half a specification, and most brands sell it as the whole one.

Reapplication is the whole game.

A sunscreen you apply once at nine in the morning is a sunscreen that stopped working by lunch. Ours are sized, textured and priced so that putting more on is not a decision you have to make twice.

Tested where it is used.

Eighty minutes of water resistance on Zenith. Wind and cold on Altitude. We do not claim conditions we did not test for, and we do not put a number on a bottle we have not tested it to.

We make sunscreen for two summers.

March to August it is the water. November to March it is the snow. UV climbs roughly ten per cent for every thousand metres you gain, and fresh snow throws up to eighty per cent of it back at your face. Winter is not time off.
